The DEBT SERVICE fee of $22.00 is a combination of the Village’s Sewer loan, water tank repair costs, and billing software costs. (The total amount of the Debt Service portion of each monthly bill ($24.00) can change by the Village’s Council. Any changes will be based upon any changes associated with the final sewer loan payment, new repair cost increases, and any additional costs associated with the Village’s software)

There will be a 10% penalty (not to exceed $150.00 per month) on all unpaid

Water Tap

The total cost to install a new tap is based upon a $450.00 Base Rate, the cost of materials, equipment uses and rental costs, and the man hours of time needed to install the tap. A $500.00 deposit is required for the installation of a new water tap.

Sewage Tap Fee:

The total cost to install a new tap is based upon a $300.00 Base Rate, the cost of materials, equipment uses and rental costs, and the man hours needed to install the tap. A $500.00 deposit is required for the installation of a new sewage tap.
